established in 1989 as an insurance broking firm specializing in servicing the booming building construction industry at that time.

With the development of Maritime sector as encouraged by various government initiatives, we are venturing into the marine insurance market. It was made possible when AL Marine Holdings (BVI) Limited (AL Marine?) bought over and became the majority shareholder of
Alco Insurance Brokers Pte Ltd in November 2012. AL Marine is the holding company of Andrew Liu & Co. Ltd and Alco Insurance Brokers Pte Ltd.

Andrew Liu & Co. Ltd was established in 1988 as an insurance broking firm specializing in Marine Hull and Protection & Indemnity insurance, being one of the first marine
insurance consultants assisting ship owners in China with their insurance and claim requirements. The emphasis and expertise of Andrew Liu & Co. Ltd is on handling
claims, in particular large and difficult claims when there is no certainty that the claim falls under the policy coverage or when insurers has grounds to decline the claim.
