Background



Bringing Love to Every Single Soul (BLESS), is a community-focused Non-Profit Organisation launched in August 2014 by Ms Low Yen Ling, Parliamentary Secretary of MSF and MCCY, Mayor of SouthWest District.

Having recognised the bountiful potential of social capital, BLESS actively targets the community as a focal point of intervention to support the less privileged in the society. Believing that every community is its own strongest reserve, our focus is on building capacity of communities.

BLESS collaborates with different community partners to incubate programmes for social development. With applied research conducted by NUS Centre for Social Development (Asia), we hope to formulate sustainable and scalable community-based models which taps on the strengths of the community to care for the less privileged.
