About Us
The name of this executive condominium, The Brownstone, is a rather special and unusual one.
Brownstone traditionally refers to a brown Triassic-jurassic sandstone that was once a popular
building material. This word is also used in the US to refer to a terraced house, or rowhouse, that is
clad in this material.
In this case, The Brownstone has taken its inspiration from the rustic charm of the New York
brownstone houses, with their clean architectural lines and Manhattan lifestyles.
