Building Appraisal is a registered consultancy practice based in Singapore. It was incorporated in 1995 and now operates regionally, providing independent professional building survey services, technical due diligence, maintenance advice, condition survey of building stock, building defect diagnosis & investigations, refurbishment and upgrading works, expert witnessing and project management.

Our resources enable us to provide services for all types of properties, ranging from dwelling houses to major retail shopping complexes, historic monuments, large commercial buildings, mixed development institutional buildings, industrial buildings, schools, hospitals and places of worship such as temples, churches and mosques.

The Director is a Chartered Building Surveyor and has attained the required high standard set out by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors of the United Kingdom. The Company is bound by and must only operate according to the Rules and Conduct laid down by the said Institution, including those from the local Professional Institutions (Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers, SISV), requiring the Partners and its employees to conduct their operations with the highest level of professionalism, integrity and ethics.
