Its founder's altruism and spirit of volunteerism has been recognized and her story had appeared in local papers, televisions and radio programmes, Reader's Digest magazine, school textbook, Agency for Science, Technology and Research's newsmagazine, National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre's newsletter, and various magazines.
