Juliana Ng has more than 30 years experience specialising in tax advisory in regional and international situations. A former tax partner with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, she has worked closely with multinational and local companies from a wide range of industries on mergers, acquisitions, business reorganisation, cross-border and domestic transactions and restructuring.
A certified financial planner, Juliana is consultant to individuals and families in South-East Asia, in particular Singapore and Indonesia, on their family wealth and succession planning . She also advises business owners and entrepreneurs on structuring their company or a group of companies to maximise tax efficiency and enhance the value of their business.
Juliana holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree from the University of Singapore. She is a certified financial planner and is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2004. She is also an Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax) under the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals, with effect from July 2010.
