China Ouhua Winery Holdings Pte Ltd was incorporated in Singapore under the Singapore Companies Act on 12 January 2009 as a private limited company. On 30 October 2009, our Company was registered in Malaysia as a foreign company. We were subsequently converted into a public limited company on 24 November 2009 and assumed our present name, China Ouhua Winery Holdings Limited (?Ouhua?) Ouhua was incorporated and commenced business as an investment holding company to facilitate our listing on Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad.
