City Law LLC is a law corporation incorporated under the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore and registered with the Law Society of Singapore.
The law corporation has three senior category practising law directors namely Mr. Teo Eng Thye, Gary, Mr. Raymond Ho, and 6 experienced supporting staff, some with more than 20 years of conveyancing experience.
The Managing Director, Teo Eng Thye, Gary has been practising law for many years in general litigation and conveyancing, and has more than twelve (12) years of experience in conveyancing in private, HDB, commercial/Industrial, JTC, properties including refinancing, etc, which are now his main area of practice. He has a Master of Laws Degree from UK; an LL.B. (Hons) Degree from London University; and a Barrister-at-Law Degree of the Middle Temple Inns of Courts of London. He is a Commissioner of Oaths, an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, and is also a Member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. Mr. Teo has been a regular lecturer on conveyancing and other legal matters in real estate companies like: ERA, Coldwell Bankers, Knight Frank, Propnex, etc. He also practises civil/commercial and criminal law.
Mr. Raymond Ho, practices general areas of Singapore laws and has been involved in commercial, civil, and criminal litigations in various levels of Singapore Courts. He also practices conveyancing. Mr. Ho has an LL.B (Hons) Degree, a Master of Laws Degree, and was called to the Singapore Bar as Advocate and Solicitor in 1998. He has high vision of team efforts and contributions in legal practices for the benefits of our clients.
Mr. Gary Teo have represented the following banks/financial institutions in many conveyancing matters: OCBC Bank, DBS Bank, UOB Limited, Hong Leong Finance, HSBC Bank, Maybank, RHB Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, ABN AMRO Bank, Citibank, Singapura Finance Ltd, Sing Investment & Finance Ltd.
