Citystate Group Pte Ltd was originally formed in 1987 to hold the interests of its principal shareholders, Mr Leow Siak Fah and Mr Ng Tian Ming, in the areas of insurance and reinsurance underwriting.
It has since expanded into a service industry oriented Group with operations in General Insurance Underwriting, Insurance Broking Business, Travel, Food and Beverage, Property Development, Property Management, Arts and Events Management, and Education.
Currently consisting of around 55 companies, the Citystate Group employs over 800 people and operates in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China and India.
