CKR was formed in 2001 by Mr Arasu, a young, energetic and dynamic entrepreneur from a humble beginning. From a rented office in Moonstone Lane to a wholly-owned building at 56 Sungei Kadut Drive, CKR has transformed from just a painting subcontractor with a work force of 10 workers to a multi-discipline main contractor with a work force in excess of 760 workers. In line with its founders vision, CKR has over years set out new business goals and is now a fully fledged main building contractor. Its specialist painting works has continued to gain recognition. CKR is now one of the leading painting subcontractors whose standards are often used as industry benchmarks.
