De.Mem Pte Ltd is a Singapore based company that designs, builds and operates decentralized water treatment facilities throughout South East Asian markets. Established in 2013, the company is supported by Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore, as well as the Singapore Membrane Technology Centre (SMTC). It received investment from New Asia Investments Pte Ltd, a leading technology investment firm based in Singapore. De.Mem is able to deploy an extensive range of high-tech solutions to meet different and challenging water conditions.

Before the development of any design schematics, De.Mem carries out an in-depth study of the actual site, water quality of raw feed water and demographic. This enables De.Mem to produce the highest quality of potable water and the most cost effective treatment plants that are in line with international standards.

De.Mem also installs advanced water quality and instrumentation systems that have been developed by her sister company Membrane Instruments and Technology Pte Ltd (MINT) in Singapore. With these systems in place, De.Mem is able to monitor clusters of plants, located in remote areas far away from each other, at real time and on-going. Remote monitoring can potentially take place either through a centralized control facility i.e. in Singapore or at the location desired by the customer, enabling optimization of energy usage and maintenance for each individual plant from a central location.
