FG Food Industries Pte Ltd (FGFI) runs as wholesale cooked food business.Its 14,000 sq ft kitchen, supplies items such as curries and prata dough to hotels, restaurants and casual Indian chains.
The freshness and hygiene of the food produced is preserved using the blast-freezing and chilling facility.
The company is in the midst of obtaining ISO 2200 certification, a recognized international food safety standard. It is Halal-certified.
Group Executive Chef , Satish Madaan oversees the food factory and 10 restaurants under the group.
