At FM, we enjoy a rich and entrepreneurial heritage.

FM traces its roots back to 1972 when it was originally incorporated as Fuan Mah Textile. Fuan Mah Textile started as an import distributor of textiles, targeting the Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia markets. By the '80s, Fuan Mah Textile was widely recognized as one of the textile leaders in the region and we actively organized, sponsored and participated in fashion shows.

After a decade of high growth, Fuan Mah textile began its first metamorphosis and became a designer and distributor of men's shirting garments. To date, we design, fabricate and distribute for over 30 brands located across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

By the late '90s and early 2000, after weathering the Asian crisis, Fuan Mah Textile entered its second metamorphosis. To mark the milestone, FM Creative was incorporated in 2004. FM Creative marks our entry into brand marketing, distribution and retail as well as our entrepreneurial spirit and organizational agility. Along the incorporation of FM Creative, FM morphed into an integrated corporate with our own shirt brands and retailing outlet as well as manufacturing facility in China.
