Foremost Consultants was incorporated in Singapore in 1995 by Mr David Shuttleworth, former Country Manager and Director for a multi-disciplinary firm of Construction consultants in Singapore and a former divisional Director responsible for their commercial and contractual services in Hong Kong. David has over 35 years experience in construction with both Contractors and Consultants and has been resident in Asia for 20 years. He has extensive Asian experience with projects in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, China, Thailand, Philippines, Bangladesh and the UAE.
