Gem Metal Technologies was incorporated in 2008 as a company that specializes in manufacturing of high precision parts, utilizing state of the arts equipment to ensure products are made to customers specifications. The company leverages on forging technologies & multiple-site resources to maintain customers price competitiveness.

The Company possesses 3 major high precision technologies, namely metal forging, CNC machining and gear hobbing. With metal forging, substantial cost saving is achieved by reducing raw material wastage and subsequent machining cycle time required while improving on the forged products' tensile strength. The company is well equipped with the state-of-the-art high precision CNC-based equipment, housed in distributed facilities and supported by in-depth capabilities in:

Product conceptualization and design;

Equipment programming and product modeling using 3-D CAD/CAM;

Tooling design and fabrication;

Engineering cum process-driven R&D and

Consistent manufacturing quality based on ISO9001 and AS9100 Quality Systems.

Mike has been in the forging technology and precision engineering industries spanned over the last 2 decades. John is the key operational staff that has acquired his management & operational skills while working with several MNCs over the past 20 years and Bryan who has been in precision engineering business for the past 8 years.
