Heng Khwee Heng Poultry Factory Pte Ltd is one of the largest local abattoirs and has been specialising in poultry business for more than 40 years.

Our customers include supermarkets, markets, caterers, hotels, restaurants, etc.

Since 1998, we are republics first duck abattoir to be Halal certified by Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS) ? Islamic Religious Council of Singapore.

We supply Halal Roasted Duck, Fresh Whole Duck (Halal & Non-Halal) and Duck Parts etc.

We are also specialising in processing of duck feathers.

There is no live plucking in all aspects of our process. The feathers are collected in compliance with AVAs regulations.



We were visited by the Chefs and Hygiene Officers from Shangri-La Hotel, Sheraton Towers, SATS ? Singapore Food Industries Pte Ltd, NTUC Foodfare Co-operative Ltd etc, to inspect our premises and processes in order to meet the requirements in support of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards.

The most recent visit was from Mandarin Oriental and we were graded for hygiene, health and safety processes with a score of 90.96%.
