At iqDynamics, we recognize that people are not only the greatest assets, but also the most sustainable resource in any organisation. That is why our passion lies in developing software solutions to help organizations develop the full potential of their people.

iqDynamics was set up by technology professionals in 1994 to fulfill this vision of bringing enterprise grade software solutions in affordable formats to organizations and businesses of all sizes.

Beginning with MembersLink, our club management system, we went on to build and launch StudentLink, our school management system in 2002, and HRiQâ„¢ Human Capital Management Solution the following year. Since then, we have rolled out all three of our solutions to a wide array of businesses, organizations, clubs, educational institutions and charity organizations over the last twenty years.

We have also worked closely with our customers, industry experts, business partners and government organizations to further improve our solutions, so that we can bring the best to all our customers, current and future.
