JCS-Vanetec specializes in the manufacturing of Compressor Vanes and Sheet Metal products for turbine engine application. Our facility is compromised over 20,000sq.ft and is equipped with custom designed machinery for accurate manufacturing of vanes and general contract manufacturing for air and land-based turbine engines.

For the manufacturing of vanes JCS-Vanetec uses a unique rolling process that produces complex 3D shaped vanes to close tolerances. In order to meet the stringent quality requirements and short production lead times JCS-Vanetec is using automated manufacturing 'closed loop' technologies.
