The founder of the company, James C Wong, Managing Director, is a US Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years experience in business risk/control projects. James has first hand experience in business risk/control issues from multiple perspectives arising from his past experience and roles in auditing - both external and internal; corporate controllership and treasury; and business risk/control consulting in both an international accounting firm environment and industry. James also has an MBA in international business and finance. In addition to consulting, he is an adjunct lecturer at the Singapore Management University.
