Luther Corporate Services is the Corporate Services arm of Luther law firm. In South East Asia, Luther Corporate Services has offices in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Delhi-Gurgaon (India) and Yangon (Myanmar).

The Corporate Services teams complement the legal team of Luther LLP in Singapore, which consists of about 16 lawyers, who advise on corporate and commercial legal matters as well as on the structuring of cross-border investments within South East Asia and the wider Asian region.

Luther Corporate Services enables Luther to offer a ?one-stop shop? to cater for its clients strict regulatory and/or administrative corporate needs & responsibilities, whether it be ad hoc directorships & local filing requirements or accounting, payroll, tax compliance and fiscal-related duties.
