MICHAEL POR LAW CORPORATION ("MPLC") is a boutique dispute resolution and corporate law practice in Singapore set up by our Managing Director, Mr Michael Por. Led by him, MPLC has considerable experience in a wide variety of litigation / arbitration as well as corporate work, having acted for clients such as small businesses, MNCs, quasi-governmental organisations and/or statutory boards. We have significant experience acting for both local and foreign clients in domestic and international disputes, as well as in relation to cross border transactions.
