Our Story
Mildred and Rachel are the founders of MILCHEL. Both degree holders from University of Toronto, Ontario, Canada and National University of Singapore, started this new boarding concept in year 1999 when some Indonesian students Mildred was tutoring implore her to. Since then, they, together with Milchel team of staff nurtured MILCHEL to what it is today.
