Nera Networks (S) Pte Ltd ("NNS"), established in January 2011, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nera Telecommunications Ltd ("NeraTel"), a public company listed on the SGX-ST.

Prior to the establishment of NNS, the microwave transmission business was conducted through its holding company, NeraTel, since 1978.
