For more than 25 years, Singapore has used NETS as a fast, easy and secure way to pay and be paid.
Today, it is the most widely used e-payment option in Singapore with 1 in every 3 people using NETS every day.
NETS is owned by Singapores largest banks, DBS Bank, OCBC Bank and United Overseas Bank (UOB) and is designated as a national payment system by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
NETS is a member of the Asian Payment Network and a council member of UnionPay International.

NETS was founded in 1985 to establish Singapores national PIN Debit scheme, NETS Debit, propelling Singapore into the age of electronic payments. NETS is the scheme operator, processor and acquirer of the service.
NETS enabled Cards issued by participating banks DBS Bank, OCBC Bank, UOB, HSBC, Maybank and Standard Chartered Bank, can be used to make NETS debit payments everywhere in Singapore, covering more than 85,000 acceptance points island-wide.
NETS issues the CashCard, which is used extensively in the motoring market in Singapore.
NETS also issues the FlashPay Card, which can be used for public transport payments as well as payments at all NETS acceptance points island-wide.
eNETS online payments can be made across many online and mobile merchants including government websites, airlines bookings and payment on AXS m-station. Partners of eNETS include DBS Singapore, DBS HK, OCBC, UOB, Citibank, BNU (Macau), AMEX, Worldpay and Alipay.
