Nic & Wes Builders Pte Ltd, a company with its roots strongly anchored in the fields of Addition and Alteration, Reconstruction and New Erection of Residential Houses.

Our mission is to create Lifestyle Homes for our clients. These homes adopt the aura of luxury and practicality. We strive in making our projects not just houses but homes that our clients want.

With a passion to build Lifestyle Homes and years of experience, we at Nic & Wes understand how rewarding and challenging the journey of building a dream home is for a home owner. We step in by hand-holding clients from the exciting initial stages of conceptualization through to the anticipated completion.

We strive to foster a reputation of friendly and dedicated staff, continually steering towards building a respectable reputation and establish good cliental relationships.

With our own pool of employees in the respective fields of the industry handling the projects, clients have less to worry when it comes project scheduling as it minimizes the need to liaise with multiple bodies thus, reducing miscommunications - ultimately, being more cost effective.

Furthermore, enhancing our company's services, we also provide optional Interior Remodeling and Decorative services to provide that full in-house service in representing The Complete Reconstructed/Remodeled Home that our clients can be proud of.
