Being a highly industrialized country, Singapore could not escape the rapid transformation its metropolis is undergoing in recent years. Buildings are being torn down in replacement by new skyscrapers that paints the skyline of our lion city, and coupled with rapid globalisation and advancement in technology, old appliances, computers and equipment are being phased out in the name of efficiency.

A strong believer that business is more than just about making money and knowing the importance of environmental sustainability, Mr. Neo Aik Chian started the metal recycling business with the aim to contribute to a sustainable future for our society. Old metals, new life? is the slogan of San Hoe Hardware Pte Ltd, and its the thought that such depleting resources are given a second chance that excites and motivates Mr. Neo in his pursuit, despite the fluctuations in the industry. Quoting from Aldo Leopold, Conservation is a state of harmony between men and land? and it is this harmony that San Hoe Hardware Pte Ltd is trying to maintain.
