One Singapores premiere interior design and renovation firm, Senz of White was founded in 2008 by Mr Paul Lawrence. The firm specializes in residential design projects, including HDB flats, apartments, condominiums and private homes. Senz of White offers a wide range of services, including 3D computer-aided design, space planning, interior design layout and on-site supervision & coordination to ensure each clients vision is transformed into a beautiful reality.

Senz of White also maintains an extremely talented and experienced renovation team, comprised of craftsmen who specialize in trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work and painting. With such a varied staff, Senz of White can handle virtually any projects, from a relatively simple redesign to a complete design overhaul that includes renovations and structural updates.

Senz of White is one of Singapores fastest-growing interior design and renovation firm. Mr Paul Lawrence established the company in June 2008 as a sole proprietorship with a meager start-up capital totaling just $10,000. From a small office space at Ubi Crescent, totaling only 400 square feet, Senz of White has grown by leaps and bounds over the years. Today, Senz of White is a thriving, profitable and much sought-after interior design firm, operating out of a 900 square feet showroom, which is located at Blk 203 Hougang Street 21 in Singapore.

I chose this line of business because I absolutely love design. I found lots of motivation and inspiration in a quote from Winston Churchill. He once said, ?Success is not final. Failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts.? explained Mr Paul Lawrence, adding, It took a lot of hard work, but today, Senz of White is extremely successful and were well-known for our ability to blend beautiful aesthetics that are pleasing to the eye with practical and functional elements that allow for an efficient use of space.?
