Established in 1989 as Spectra Innovations Inc (a California USA corporation), Spectra has since grown from strength to strength to become a multi-location enterprise. We were founded by a team of dynamic professionals with extensive marketing, sales and manufacturing experience in the United States, India and Asian electronics industry. Today we provide sales and services in the business areas such as computer components, Systems and peripherals, Semiconductors and RF & Microwave products. Our successful business venture in computer products group (Spectra) at Singapore and India were acquired by Ingram Micro Inc ( A Fortune 500 Company) in the year 2000. Software services group (Specsoft) was acquired by Aptech / Hexaware in 1999.


Our excellent industry reputation and market credibility coupled with highly qualified management team with extensive experience spanning over 25 years per individual give us a strong grasp over our core competency of IT distribution, marketing and supply chain management.

Led by a visionary leadership and management team and powered by a disciplined and efficient financial system, prudent cash-flow & credit control mechanism and a robust and scalable ERP infrastructure covering its global business flow, Spectra continues to enter new markets and add new product lines to expand its regional footprint.

Currently, Spectra is exploring opportunities in the automobile, military and digital appliances segments in India. Through our sister concerns Blue & Gray Pte Ltd and V5 Global Services Pte Ltd, we are also developing new capabilities in the areas of providing outsourced management, marketing and financial services.
