Prior to its incorporation as SR Engineering Pte Ltd in 1993, the company served as a general contractor for Ready Mix Concrete Pte Ltd during the 1980S. It has since evolved to become one of the leading service providers in blasting, painting and passive fire protection, boasting a reputable list of buisness clients which include Keppel Fels Ltd, Thermal Limitec, Kensteel Nautical Yard and Singapore Airlines Engineering Pte Ltd among many others. From a company with a initial workforce of just 20 workers, SR Engineering has now in place a workforce of 280 workers to meet the requirements of its daily operations.
The SR Engineering Pte Ltd's Quality Management System have been certified pursuant to the standards ISO 9001 and this is reflected in all areas of the business, from inventory managment and administration procedures through to on-site activities. SR Engineering has also been awarded the Biz Safe Level 4 Certification which substantially reflects its safety orientated approach in its day to day operations. SR Engineering continually works to establish an integrated quality, environmental, health and safety management system.
The Management Team at SR Engineering recognizes one of its key priorities to be its commitment to its people. The company strives continuously to adopt and adapt working practices to not only meet, but exceed the requirements of the latest legislation. SR Engineering's working practices are continuously subjected to appraisal through the employment of an external, safety consultant. All the site staffs are trained in-house or by Third Party Certified independent trainers. SR Enginnering believes that it is paramount for every member of its organization to understand and be committed to adopting safe working practices.
