ABOUT US
Sun City Maintenance Pte Ltd was founded by its current Managing Director, Mr Simon Swee, almost two decade ago. From its humble beginnings, Sun City has grown to become one of Singapores leading cleaning service providers.

Sun Citys focus was on the cleaning done in a particular shopping mall, who was one of its first clients. Their goal was to increase productivity by 25% in order to cover any manpower shortfall or emergencies. With the use of data collection through a half days assessment of work done and coaching, areas for improvement were noted down and suggestions given to improve productivity in the work being done. The eventual result led to a 35% improvement in productivity.

Since then, it has became the foundation and focus of every Sun Citys project to increase productivity, reassess the efficiency of work done and to seek improvement that made Sun City Maintenance Pte Ltd, a Preferred Business Partner.
