Anna C Mallon and Jenn Wood founded the company from a shared desire to innovate training with the emphasis on the development of skills, rather than knowledge alone. Having completed a traditional executive MBA together, the women wanted to take the best parts of traditional learning and combine it with experiential learning to create a new, innovative model with an emphasis on encouraging life-long learners.
