Opened and run by lovers of the cuisine since late 2012, The French Ladle is located in the quaint neighbourhood of Pandan Valley. The restaurant serves up french classics such as bœuf bourguignon and confit de canard.
Chef owner Johnny Teh and his wife Lisa spent a month away in the south of France to learn and be inspired for the restaurant. All foods are lovingly house-made from scratch, from stocks and sauces to rillettes and pates, for an authentic home-cooked meal experience.
