Established in 1981 as a small roofing contractor, Tong Seng Huat Engrg Pte. Ltd. has grown into one of the biggest clay tile roofing companies in Singapore. We pride ourselves as the premier roofing specialist, providing total solutions to our clients for various types of roofing such as designing, fabrication, supply, and installation of roofing products. Our capabilities also include related services such as waterproofing, trellises, timber decking, and many more.

Our growth has come about from quality work attributed by our uncompromising standards in satisfying our customers needs with utmost efficiency. As a wholesaler, we are also now one of the largest stockists for clay roof tiles from different countries. We also deal in metal, thatch, and
aluminium-composite roofs, as well as Decra and asphalt shingles. We are also open to overseas projects, as is evident from the critically-acclaimed The Residence Maldives.

We also have the honour of being appointed as the trading and testing centre for skills upgrading of workers in the roofing industry by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA). Our staff are well trained and qualified, not just in terms of skills but also in care for safety.
