Jeff Lou learnt his ABCs of paper & board from Georetta Associates Pte Ltd Singapore and has been in paper trading business since 1987.
He started the company Th. Brunius Pte Ltd on 17th Jan 2007, this name was later changed to Topat Pte Ltd in 2012.
Patricia Lee, his wife, came on board early 2013.
With kind & generous support of their various principals, suppliers and loyal customers, Topat is able to grow steadily.
