Our manufacturing facility has a built up area of 20,000 Sqft and fully under shelter with 2 units of 5 Ton overhead gantry crane. It is equipped with machining shop which required cutting, drilling, bending and machining. Other than conventional welding machine, do have Auto/Semi Auto welding machine inclusive of Auto tube end welding machine. All qualified under ASME Code with approved WPS / PQR / WPQ witnessed by reputable third party agency.

Non Destructive Testing will be conducted by external agency with qualified NDE contractor. We do have a delicate team of QA/QC engineers with certified welding inspector qualification and ASNT level II in RT, UT, PT & MPI methods.
