Vivian Regina (Pty) Ltd. was established in Johannesburg in 1963 by the BBA Group, of England, and South African company JH Vivian & Co. Limited, to manufacture specialized glass-fiber products. Vivian Regina Marketing (Pty) Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of Vivian Regina (Pty) Ltd was established in 1967 and has been located at its current site, Springs, since 1969. Iberian Management Services Group, a European, privately held company took over the ownership of all Vivian Regina interests from JSE listed HUDACO Group in 2004.
